The newest addition to the Firefly team is Bar Manager & Mixologist, Billy Jack Paul who brings with him his own incredible seasonal infusions, house-made bitters and a cocktail program that incorporates local ingredients. Billy Jack has worked in the restaurant industry for over two decades, bartending from his native Berkshires to North Carolina and back. His area of expertise is the classic cocktail movement and prohibition and pre-prohibition era cocktails, so you can look forward to the egg whites flowing and the gorgeous block and cube ice cutting with the finest spirits from all over the world!

The whole Firefly crew welcomes Billy Jack and will be killing the game, putting Firefly on the shortlist of the best cocktail bars and restaurants in the Berkshires!
