My best friend/colleague and I were recently exhibiting our art in Lenox and visited your restaurant for dinner. We have eaten there for the past three years when we are in town.
This time around we ordered the mussels as an appetizer ………….. prior to having the wonderful grilled romaine which is great. Is there any way you would give me the recipe to make the mussels at home here in RI? I see the combination of flavors on your website, however, I do not know the proportions. The flavor was outstanding and different as you well know. I would love to be able to enjoy that combination at home prior to returning to Lenox and your restaurant again next July.

The pork chop was out of this world. A number of people had it in my party and that was the talk.
